When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the project, the service you are interested in and any description of the work you enter.

If you contact us by phone or email we hold the contents of that correspondence so we can respond and keep an accurate record of the project.

Our website may record basic technical information such as pages visited, which is used only to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss proposals, and to deliver a project if you go ahead. Where relevant to a project we may share information with a local planning authority, a building control body or a contractor working on the scheme.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries about our services, and on the performance of a contract where we are engaged to carry out design or construction work. Where we are required to keep records for legal or tax purposes, we rely on our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as they are useful to us, and are then deleted. Project records are retained for as long as necessary to meet legal, insurance and professional obligations relating to that work.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask for information to be deleted where we have no ongoing need for it, and to object to certain processing.
